Martijn is a specialist in the field of Insolvency Law. His practice covers all aspects of Insolvency Law. Within Insolvency Law, Martijn advises on the Homologation Private Agreement Act. Martijn has also regularly acted as receiver in the settlement of bankruptcies.
Martijn has successfully completed the postgraduate specialization courses in Insolvency Law for Trustees (March 2021) and the INSOLAD/Grotius specialization course in Insolvency Law (November 2021). He is a member of the Association for Insolvency Law Attorneys (INSOLAD) and the Dutch Association for Restructuring Experts. Martijn is registered in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Dutch Bar Association with the field of Insolvency Law.
Martijn also advises and litigates particularly on bankruptcy law, shareholder disputes, (corporate) liability and commercial contracts for national and international clients. And regularly publishes scientific articles for the Dutch Journal of Trustees.
