Laurine has 20 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on (cross-border) transactions: M&A, corporate and financial restructurings, private equity transactions, joint ventures and other forms of cooperation. Furthermore she advises on shareholders' disputes. Her clients are corporates, investors and board member.
Laurine is registered for corporate law in the register of legal areas of the Dutch Bar Assocation. She is also registered for the following sub legal areas: mergers and acquisitions, corporations, associations and foundations, directors liability and professional liability.
