Alexander Odle and Benjamin van Kessel are both members of the Association of litigation lawyers specialized in IP disputes (VIEPA).
Alexander Odle has since 2012 consistently been listed by Intellectual Asset Management as one of the world’s leading IP strategists and has in the past been listed both in the Legal Europe 500 and Chambers. He teaches International Intellectual Property Law to post graduate students at Leiden University.
Benjamin van Kessel has since 2015 been listed in World Trademark Review and is in the 2017 edition said to continue “to impress with his soft IP practice, with anti-counterfeiting, contractual work and litigation.” Benjamin is also listed by World Intellectual Property Review as a leading IP practitioner.
