Nicole started her career as employment lawyer in 2000. She worked as an HR Manager and Compensation & Benefit Manager at IKEA from 2005 until 2009 after which she returned to her practice as an allround employment lawyer. Within the field of employment law, Nicole has special interest in collective employment law and employee participation. Nicole works for small and medium-sized enterprises, large national and international corporations, private individuals and statutory directors.

Suzanne has been working as an attorney for more than 20 years. She is specialized in employment law. Her practice covers all aspects of employment law. She advises and litigates in various matters for example reorganizations and mergers, employment terms, contracting, dismissal of employees and the statutory director. Suzanne works for small and medium-sized enterprises, large national and multinational corporations, private individuals and statutory directors. She also acts as a mediator in business conflicts.

Marijke is a paralegal and provides legal support to the lawyers of Nineyards Law. She studied HBO Rechten at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, where she graduated in 2014. Marijke has worked for more than 10 years in the legal profession and she has a very broad experience in areas such as employment law, corporate law and litigation.

Joan holds a Master’s degree in Employment and Business Law. She advises on a wide range of employment matters. Prior to joining Nineyards Law, she worked for an international law firm. Joan speaks Dutch, English, Spanish and German.

Maryse Oranje was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2013 and started her career at a midsize firm in Amsterdam. She has a broad general practice, with an emphasis on employment law, consumer law and litigation. Her litigation practice encompasses a broad range of disputes in civil matters. She advises and litigates in various matters regarding reorganizations and mergers, employment terms, non-compete matters and disability issues. Maryse also advises clients in relation to consumer law and product liability issues. Maryse works for small and medium-sized enterprises, large national and multinational corporations, private individuals and statutory directors. Maryse frequently appears on national TV as legal expert.
