Jeroen Hoekstra has over 25 years of experience in corporate law and transnational work. He specializes in corporate law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, (international) restructurings and corporate law advisory. His clients are international and local companies and private equity funds.

Pieter has over 30 years of experience in international corporate and finance transactions and was appointed civil law notary in 1998. He specializes in joint ventures, investment funds and mergers, acquisitions and restructurings and has earned the reputation of providing pragmatic and practical advice. His clients are international and local businesses and private equity funds.

Esser holds a Master degree in Dutch Private Law and International and European Tax Law. He focuses on corporate law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate law advisory. His clients are international and local companies.

Our Corporate practice advises and assists clients (ranging from private equity/venture capital and hedge funds to corporations with a buy and build strategy) on domestic and cross-border M&A, including public takeovers, demergers and corporate restructurings, joint ventures and strategic alliances and auction sales. We also advise on all general corporate matters.

We also advise clients active in the financial markets with respect to compliance issues and (finance) transactions (e.g. restructuring of existing credit facilities, assets and reorganizations of corporate structures to enhance debt coverage).
