Erwin van der Wiel has set up one of the first litigation boutique firms in The Netherlands and has over 25 years of experience in (international) commercial litigation and arbitration both as attorney, arbitrator and mediator.

Alexander Odle has over 25 years of experience in commercial dispute resolution with an emphasis on negotiation and litigation strategies. He has litigated up to the Supreme Court and in international courts such as the Benelux Court of Justice and European Court of Human Rights.

Benjamin van Kessel has over 12 years of experience in commercial dispute resolution and litigation. Apart from with courts he also has extensive experience with litigation with the Dutch Advertising Board and with WIPO domain name arbitration.

Eggo Jan Rietema (1971) has over 18 years of experience in private practice and specialises in the advising on and resolution of corporate and commercial disputes, both in (cross-border) litigation as well as in (international) arbitration. He has a particular focus on fraud related cases and inherent asset tracing work. Eggo equally acts in European public procurement law related disputes. His clients are mainly Europe and North America based multinationals.

Maryse Oranje was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2013 and started her career at a midsize firm in Amsterdam. She has a broad general practice, with an emphasis on employment law, consumer law and litigation. Her litigation practice encompasses a broad range of disputes in civil matters. She advises and litigates in various matters regarding reorganizations and mergers, employment terms, non-compete matters and disability issues. Maryse also advises clients in relation to consumer law and product liability issues. Maryse works for small and medium-sized enterprises, large national and multinational corporations, private individuals and statutory directors. Maryse frequently appears on national TV as legal expert.
